Wolf Fang・Skull Fang Saturn Tribute Boosted announced

City Connection and Game Center Mikado have announced Wolf Fang・Skull Fang Saturn Tribute Boosted for PC and consoles, their latest re-release of classic arcade games.

Wolf Fang ・ Skull Fang Saturn Tribute Boosted is coming to Windows PC (via Steam), Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PS4, and PS5 on October 31st in Japan. The Switch and PS5 versions will be available at retail.

The new collection includes both sidescrolling shooter Wolf Fang: Kuuga 2001 (known as Rohga: Armor Force in the west) and vertical shoot ’em up game Skull Fang: Kuuga Gaiden. Both games were originally produced and released in Japanese arcades by Data East, and only got ported to the Sega Saturn.

Fans of each shooting game can expect the new collection to not only include both titles but new features like Rewind and Save + Load options, as well as a “Boosted” soundtrack with composers COSIO, Fantom Iris, MASAKI (ZUNTATA), OTK, Shohei Tsuchiya (ZUNTATA), Hagane, Keishi Yonao, Ayako Sasou, Shinji Hosoe, and Daisuke Matsumoto.
