Wildgate is a new space based team shooter coming to PC, PS5, and Xbox Series XS

Moonshot Games has recently unveiled Wildgate, a new team-based shooter set in space. This exciting game will combine space combat, looting, ship boarding, and intense first-person shooting. If this sounds like your kind of game, you’re in luck as a Wildgate community playtest is scheduled from April 10th to April 14th on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series XS.

In Wildgate, teams of four Prospectors venture into dangerous space regions in search of a valuable treasure called the Artifact. Winning the match involves either finding and escaping with the Artifact or dominating by destroying rival team ships through ship-to-ship combat or boarding enemy ships for sabotage.

For the community playtest, Moonshot Studios has confirmed that the full game will be available for play, but receiving a key is not guaranteed. Cross-play between PC, PS5, and Xbox Series XS will be possible, with cross-progression available upon release. The game will support multiple languages and feature audio and text in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese.
