What are the PS Plus January 2025 games?

Starting from the first Tuesday of the month, which falls on 7th January, the following three games will be available.

The standout game in this lineup is The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe, a game that follows office worker Stanley as he navigates a mysterious disappearance of his co-workers. The game offers a unique narrative experience with humorous twists and expanded content compared to the original release in 2013. With updated graphics and gameplay, The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe is a must-play for both new players and returning fans.

Another featured game is Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered, showcasing Criterion’s arcade racing expertise. The remaster enhances the game’s performance, running at a smooth 60fps compared to the original 30fps on previous consoles.

Lastly, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, despite its high expectations, failed to meet the success of Rocksteady’s Batman: Arkham series. Criticized for its repetitive missions and lackluster endgame experience, the game has struggled to maintain player interest since its release.

The game’s underwhelming performance in 2024 has led to discounted prices and the announcement of the end of its seasonal content updates. However, improvements such as an offline mode are in the works, and PS Plus subscribers will have access to the game’s full content.
