Sydney Sweeney’s fiancé, Jonathan Davino, spotted at actress’ $6M LA mansion amid breakup speculation

Jonathan Davino, who is engaged to Sydney Sweeney, was seen at the actress’ $6 million mansion in Los Angeles on Wednesday amidst rumors of a breakup.

In photos obtained by TMZ on Thursday, Davino, 41, was captured speaking with construction workers at the “Euphoria” star’s luxurious residence.

Another image showed the film producer taking a phone call while walking around the property, appearing to be in good spirits and smiling as he talked on his cell phone.

Davino seemed to be maintaining a low profile by covering his face with a black baseball hat.

He was casually dressed in a gray Alo hoodie sweatshirt, black joggers, and matching trainers.

Davino’s relaxed attire was a stark contrast to Sweeney’s stylish outfit that she wore to Miu Miu’s fall 2025 show during Paris Fashion Week.

The “Anyone But You” actress made a statement in a leather mini skirt, biker jacket, and gray leg warmers by the Italian fashion house. She accessorized with Miu Miu’s buckled slingbacks ($1,290) and the brand’s box brown leather bag ($3,350).

Sweeney, 27, notably attended the fashion show without Davino.

Rumors have been circulating this week that she and Davino have been living separately for almost a month.

Sweeney has reportedly been staying at the Beverly Hills Hotel without Davino since mid-February, according to sources cited by TMZ.

Insiders reported that Sweeney was seen walking around the hotel with friends and a bodyguard, but Davino was nowhere to be found.

Sweeney’s decision to stay at the upscale venue could indicate trouble in paradise, considering she owns two homes in LA.

She purchased her $3 million Tudor-style home in Westwood in January 2022 and acquired her $6.2 million Bel Air fixer-upper a year later.

The necessary renovations at the mansion could explain her stay at the hotel, although fans have noted that Sweeney and Devino have not been seen together since January 20.

The couple began dating in 2018 and have chosen to keep their relationship out of the public eye.

“Everyone is always so curious about who I’m with and what’s that like, but I think it’s important to have something for me,” she told Glamour UK in December 2023, explaining their preference for privacy in their relationship.

Davino and Sweeney became engaged in 2022, but reportedly postponed their wedding due to their busy schedules.

An insider previously revealed to TMZ that they had initially planned to get married in May, but those plans were put on hold with no new date set.

This is not the first time Sweeney and Davino have sparked rumors of relationship troubles.

Sweeney caused a stir when she was seen looking friendly with her co-star Glen Powell on the set of their 2023 rom-com. However, she dismissed the gossip and admitted feeling “beat up” by the speculation.
