Publisher Xbox Game Studios and developer Compulsion Games shared a detailed documentary video for South of Midnight, their upcoming action-adventure game set in the southern USA.

The 30-minute documentary offers a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the game’s music, creative influences, and development process, along with showcasing new gameplay footage.

From the minds behind Contrast and We Happy Few, South of Midnight is a captivating third-person action-adventure game taking place in the American Deep South.

Players will assume the role of Hazel, navigating through Southern folklore and encountering mythical creatures in a dark and fantastical world. As a Weaver, Hazel must mend broken bonds and spirits using her newfound magical abilities, facing dangerous creatures and uncovering her family’s intertwined past in the process.
