SMITE 2 showcases its newest additions with the Wandering Market and new god Cabrakan
Here at TSA Towers, we have a soft spot for MOBAs. We enjoy both good and not-so-good ones. One of the newest additions to the genre is SMITE 2, the sequel to Titan Forge Games’ popular hit. Currently in open beta, the game is constantly adding new content in preparation for its full launch. The latest update introduces Cabrakan, a returning god, and the Wandering Market, where players can purchase new skins for their favorite characters.
All these exciting announcements were made at the SMITE 2 Founders Series event in Las Vegas. The Wandering Market offers a rotating store accessible to all players for free, with additional cosmetic items available in the Premium Collection for purchase.
Players can earn Coins by completing quests and gaining XP daily to spend in the Wandering Market. These Coins can be used across different collections in the store, allowing players to save up for future purchases.
Additionally, Cabrakan has been added to the game, representing the Mayan Pantheon of Gods and using earthquakes to control the battlefield. Fans are thrilled to have him in the game.
During the event, a competitive SMITE 2 tournament was held, crowning ‘Team Name but with 5 Ms’ as the Founders Series Champions after defeating Team Risk 3-2 in the finals. BennyQ was named the MVP.
SMITE 2 is available for free download on Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox, and Epic Games Store.
