Samsung’s new Galaxy AI features want to use your phone for you
At the recent Galaxy Unpacked event, Samsung unveiled the highly anticipated Galaxy S25 series, boasting it as a “true AI companion.” The new phones are similar to last year’s S24 lineup, with Samsung hoping the new AI features will entice users to upgrade.
One standout feature is Now Brief, providing personalized updates throughout the day powered by Samsung’s Personal Data Engine. Accessible from the lock screen’s Now Bar, Now Brief summarizes your day with information from Samsung’s apps and Google’s suite.
In addition to Now Brief, the S25 series offers more Gemini features and enhanced Google Circle to Search. Users can access Gemini by pressing and holding the phone’s side button, enabling cross-app actions through voice commands.
The Galaxy S25 series is available for pre-order now and launches on February 7. With advanced AI features and powerful capabilities, Samsung aims to provide users with a seamless and personalized smartphone experience.
