Promise Mascot Agency

Kaizen Game Works has released a demo for Promise Mascot Agency, their “open world mascot management crime drama” for PC and consoles.

“Promise Mascot Agency rocks ass,” said game director Oli Clarke Smith in a press release. “You should try the demo. I love this gang of criminals, freaks and misfits, and I think you will too.”

Here’s a rundown on the new demo (which is out now on all platforms), plus a trailer:

Welcome to Promise Mascot Agency! If you have a job that needs doing, we have the mascots for you! In this open-world genre-bending creature collector RPG, be the boss, turn a profit, and collect the most chaotic roster of bizarre and sentient mascots!

Severed pinkies! Sobbing Tofu! A Very Innocent Cat! Mascots of every variety are waiting to be put on your books. Recruit them to your agency, assign them jobs, and send them out to help the good (and not so good) people of Kaso-Machi! But sending your mascots out to work is never as easy as it sounds: navigate kitchen infernos, major catastrophes and the occasional breakdown with the support of your Hero Cards to ensure every job goes off without a hitch.

Listen to the dulcet tones of Takaya Kuroda (Yakuza: Like a Dragon) as ex-yakuza Michi, Ayano Shibuya (The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom) as chaos goblin Pinky☆, and introducing Nobuyuki Hiyama (The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask) as Captain Sign! All this and more in the new 80 minute-long demo, available for free download on Steam, PlayStation, Xbox and Epic.
