Following the launch of Pocketpair Publishing, the new publishing arm of Pocketpair, developers have shown immense interest in collaborating.

In just a week after its establishment, Pocketpair Publishing has received a high volume of inquiries from game developers, including 400 emails, 150 pitches, and over 2,000 LinkedIn requests.

“We are truly amazed by the overwhelming interest we have received from developers, and we are diligently reviewing each request and pitch,” stated the publisher. “While we may not be able to accommodate everyone, our goal is to support the creation of as many exceptional games as possible.”

The announcement of the publisher coincided with the unveiling of their first title, a new horror game by Surgeon Studios, titled Tales of Kenzera: ZAU, scheduled for release in 2025.

John Buckley, the communications director and publishing manager at Pocketpair, expressed gratitude for the enthusiastic response received.

“We appreciate the interest in Pocketpair Publishing! Our initial week in the public eye has been incredible. This is just the beginning, and we are committed to assisting as many individuals as we can,” Buckley remarked.

Furthermore, Buckley’s social media activity has confirmed that Pocketpair Publishing has already secured agreements for two additional games in addition to the previously mentioned Surgeon Studios title.
