OnePlus Pad 2 Pro Launches with Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra-beating power

The OnePlus Pad 2 Pro tablet is now available for purchase in China.

The launch of the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro has been highly anticipated, with various reports and rumors circulating about its specifications and features. The OnePlus Pad 2, released in mid-2024, received positive reviews.

The Pro version is now listed on Oppo’s website in China, starting at 3,199 Chinese Yuan (approximately £330). However, direct currency conversions may not be accurate.

Specs and Oppo Similarities

OnePlus devices are being sold on Oppo’s website because Oppo is the parent company of OnePlus. The OnePlus Pad 2 Pro shares similarities with the Oppo Pad 4 Pro, including a 13.2-inch 144Hz LCD display with a resolution of 3,392 x 2,400.

Both tablets are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, making them among the most powerful non-Apple tablets available. They outperform the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra.

Both tablets feature a 12140 mAh battery and 67W wired charging. They have the same dimensions of 289.6 x 209.7 x 6mm and weigh 675g. Additionally, they both have a 13MP camera and color spectrum sensor in a similar-shaped camera module.

The OnePlus Pad 2 Pro runs on ColorOS 15 UI, the same as the Oppo Pad 4 Pro, while OnePlus’s OxygenOS is typically used in Western markets.

It is uncertain whether the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro will be released in the UK. If it is a rebranded version of the Oppo Pad 4 Pro, the lack of availability in the UK may not be a significant issue.
