Sony is continuing the spooky season with the PS Plus monthly games for November 2024, featuring three titles that all subscribers will have access to starting next week. The lineup includes a remade horror game, an anime spin-off, and some toy car racing – the last one is not horror-themed though.

Update 05/11/24 – November’s PS Plus Games are now available to claim and download via PS Plus. You can get Ghostwire: Tokyo, Hot Wheels Unleashed 2, and Death Note Killer Within on your PS5 or through a web browser.

What are the PS Plus November 2024 games?

The following three games will be available from the first Tuesday of the month, which falls on 5th November.

Ghostwire: Tokyo takes players on a spooky adventure in Tokyo, blending Japanese mythology with first-person action gameplay. Our review gave the game a score of 8/10, with Nick stating, “Ghostwire: Tokyo offers a unique blend of magic-filled FPS action, Japanese mythology, and an open-world Tokyo reminiscent of the Yakuza series. While not groundbreaking, it stands out and has the potential to become a successful franchise.”

Ghostwire: Tokyo was one of the last Bethesda games to be PlayStation exclusive before Microsoft acquired the publisher. Additionally, it was among the final games developed by Tango Gameworks before Microsoft’s acquisition, although the studio has since been saved by Krafton.

Joining Ghostwire: Tokyo is Hot Wheels Unleashed 2, an adrenaline-fueled arcade racing game that impressed in our review. Ade mentioned, “Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 Turbocharged is an improved version of the original, offering fast-paced and exhilarating arcade racing that appeals to players of all ages. Just don’t mention the single-player campaign.”

Rounding out the month is Death Note Killer Within, a social deduction game based on the popular Death Note anime series. With gameplay for up to 10 players, the objective is to either eliminate L or seize the Death Note, while also deciphering each player’s roles and identities. The game promises the same high-stakes intrigue as the source material!
