Hello Games has introduced an exciting update for No Man’s Sky with the release of the new 5.1 “Aquarius” update.

Here’s a breakdown of the update along with a new trailer:

The latest expansion for No Man’s Sky is now available for free to existing players, featuring the addition of fishing, a perfect complement to the new water introduced in WORLDS PART I.

Fishing in No Man’s Sky offers a relaxing experience where players can explore the universe to find the ideal fishing spot teeming with a variety of fish. Whether you prefer to fish alone or with friends, the thrill lies in the unpredictability of what you may catch, ranging from small fish to massive alien marine creatures. Travel to different planets to discover rare catches and use the Exo-Skiff, a deployable fishing platform, to venture into deep waters.

Players can craft bait, set up Automated Fish Traps, and participate in the Aquarius Expedition to earn unique customization parts and explore new cooking recipes. The update also includes a Deep-Sea Diving Suit, fishing records, and various decorative items for your fishing shack.

No Man’s Sky is available on various platforms including Windows PC, Steam, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation.
