Great news for all Mario and Zelda fans – Nintendo has unveiled the Nintendo Sound Clock: Alarmo!

Forget about the Nintendo Switch 2, because the Nintendo Sound Clock: Alarmo is the latest product from Nintendo. This alarm clock, created by the makers of Mario, is not just your average alarm clock – it’s designed in a Nintendo Way. Equipped with motion sensors, this alarm clock will play themes from popular games like Super Mario Odyssey, Pikmin 4, Splatoon 3, Ring Fit Adventure, and Breath of the Wild when it goes off. It even responds to your movements as you wake up, playing different sounds as you get out of bed. And don’t worry, there’s a button mode for those who prefer a traditional alarm clock experience, especially if you share a bed with someone else.

Every hour, the clock will chime like a classic grandfather clock with sounds from the games mentioned earlier. It also offers ASMR-like sounds to help you fall asleep, and it can track your movements while you sleep. Plus, you can connect it to Wi-Fi for additional sounds, with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Animal Crossing sounds coming soon.

For US residents subscribed to Nintendo Switch Online, you can purchase the Nintendo Sound Clock: Alarmo ahead of the general public through the My Nintendo Store until early 2025. It’s also available for purchase at the Nintendo New York store. However, it does come with a $100 price tag, so consider carefully before becoming that kind of Nintendo person.
