MINDWAVE is a new game that brings psychedelic WarioWare style microgames to the PC platform.

In Blackout City, the Mindscape corporation hosts an annual MINDWAVE tournament where players synchronize their minds and compete in a battle of wills and thoughts based on their emotions and memories.

Players, when synced, will face a series of microgames with catchy tunes or risk being overwhelmed by their opponent. Check out some demo gameplay below.

Experience rapid-fire microgames created from the minds of colorful opponents in this cerebral story-driven game, inspired by titles like WarioWare.

ASCEND TO THE TOP OF MINDSCAPE TOWER.

EXPLORE THE MINDS OF YOUR ADVERSARIES.

IMMERSE YOURSELF IN THE TRUTH THEY COMMUNICATE THROUGH A CEREBRAL BATTLE OF SIGHT AND SOUND THAT LIES WITHIN EACH OF US.

Similar to WarioWare, players have a limited number of lives and as they get into the rhythm, the tempo will increase, leading to a boss battle in a microgame.

MINDWAVE is nearing the end of its Kickstarter campaign and has exceeded its goal of $40,000 by almost tenfold ($353,270 at the time of writing).

Anticipate the release of MINDWAVE on PC (via Steam) and try out the demo in the meantime.
