MGK addresses name of baby girl with ex Megan Fox

MGK and Megan Fox did not name their daughter “Celestial Seed.”

The musician, formerly known as Machine Gun Kelly, clarified the confusion surrounding their newborn’s name on his Instagram Story. Some fans were misled by his initial announcement post.

“Wait guys…her name isn’t ‘Celestial Seed’ 🤣,” MGK, 34, wrote on a screenshot of a TikTok user mentioning the name. “Her mom will reveal the name when we’re ready.”

The singer joyfully announced the birth of their daughter on Instagram with a black-and-white video of him holding her hand.

“She’s finally here!! our little celestial seed 🥹💓♈️♓️♊️,” he captioned it, revealing the birth date as “3/27/25.”

Some fans mistakenly thought that MGK (real name: Colson Baker) and Fox, 38, named the child “Celestial Seed.”

On the same day as the birth announcement, MGK shared on Instagram that he had “composed the score of the birth” as a tribute to his daughter.

“Born into 432 HZ. What an epic journey praise god 🎹🥁🎵🎸🎺,” he wrote, giving credit to his team, including his close friend and musical partner, Travis Barker.

As previously reported by Page Six, MGK and Fox’s relationship has had its ups and downs since 2020, leading to an engagement in 2022. However, the couple officially split in November 2024, shortly after Fox announced her pregnancy.

An insider told People last Friday that MGK and Fox are now in an “amicable” place and have agreed on co-parenting arrangements.

“No one would be surprised if they gave their relationship another try down the line,” the source added.

This is the second child for MGK, who shares a daughter named Casie, now 15, with ex Emma Cannon. Fox, on the other hand, has three sons with ex-husband Brian Austin Green: Journey, 6, Bodhi, 11, and Noah, 12.
