Immersed in the chaotic and mysterious streets of “Kowlong,” players take on the role of “Hyoki,” a formless entity with no recollection of its past. Tasked with exterminating the sinister creatures known as “Slitterheads” camouflaged among humans in the city, players navigate the neon-lit urban landscape, forming alliances with human allies called “Rarities,” infiltrating dangerous factions, and engaging in blood-powered battles. Unravel the enigma surrounding Hyoki’s existence and the emergence of the Slitterheads as the suspenseful narrative unfolds.
