IndiGo set to give a makeover to its website, app, BA

In a bid to enhance customer experience, budget carrier IndiGo on Monday announced that it is revamping the website and mobile app with a new UI/UX design and will be launched in August.
This move is aimed to provide a ‘streamlined’ and ‘hassle-free’ booking process for its customers.
The new design and architecture will help to offer a more user-friendly and hassle-free way to book and manage travel plans, the airline said.
Furthermore, the latest and revamped version is ready to be tested and will be released to a select few customers as a part of beta testing and launch.
“With a refined UI/UX design and advanced technical architecture, our platforms are poised to deliver a seamless and intuitive booking process, ensuring unparalleled convenience, with the official debut this August with anniversary festivities,” said Neetan Chopra, Chief Digital & Information Officer.
The airline also said that the new Website and Mobile App will be refreshed with an interactive design experience and a cutting-edge, state of art modernized technical architecture.
