INDIE Live Expo announced for Winter 2024

Showrunners Ryu’s Office has announced the next INDIE Live Expo is coming this December alongside the annual INDIE Live Expo Awards.

The next INDIE Live Expo is coming on December 7th ahead of the annual INDIE Live Expo Awards on the same day.

Game submissions for their INDIE Waves will open sometime in the middle of this month – participants should prepare a 15-second game introduction video for entry.

“It is both an honor and a pleasure to receive the hundreds of titles vying for a spot in our showcase every year,” said Ryuta Konuma, Founder and CEO, Ryu’s Office. “We are grateful for the long-time support from our viewers, supporters, sponsors, and media partners, and wanted to shout out to those amazing game developers bringing their hard work to INDIE Live Expo.”

The previous INDIE Live Expo was run last May and streamed simultaneously in Japanese, Chinese, English, and Korean, garnering 7.4 million views.

In the four years since INDIE Live Expo has begun, they’ve showcased indie games from around the world with over 2750 games and over 100 million views across 10 different broadcasts.
