hololive VTubers sing for the Dodgers-Brewers game

hololive’s international fanbase received a delightful surprise as key members made an appearance at a recent American baseball event.

Gawr Gura from hololive English, along with Pekora Usada and Suisei Hoshimachi from hololive Japan, were special guests in a Los Angeles Dodgers x hololive collaboration, coinciding with the 2024 Los Angeles Anime Expo.

During the seventh inning, the audience was treated to a performance by the popular shark girl singing “Take Me Out to the Ball Game,” with the crowd enthusiastically joining in.

Usada Pekora and Hoshimachi Suisei also made appearances on the board during the Dodgers-Brewers game, as captured in a fan video:

Despite the Brewers’ efforts to outplay the Dodgers, Gura, Suisei, Pekora, and the Dodgers team combined forces to secure an impressive 8-5 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers.

Reports indicated long queues at the merchandise stands, with stadium staff noting that the line for hololive merchandise was the longest they had seen so far.
