Hit horror game The Mortuary Assistant is coming to console

The popular indie horror game, The Mortuary Assistant, is making its way to consoles with the enhanced Definitive Edition release.

The Mortuary Assistant – Definitive Edition will launch on August 2nd, 2024, for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. It will also be a free update for the PC version of the game.

Originally released for PC in 2022, The Mortuary Assistant quickly gained a dedicated following for its eerie and haunted atmosphere, which resonated well with Twitch streamers.

The game immerses players in the role of Rebecca Owens, a mortuary science graduate and new apprentice at River Fields Mortuary. As if working with corpses wasn’t creepy enough, it soon becomes apparent that the mortuary is haunted by a supernatural entity. A chilling phone call from the mortician confirms that you are now trapped inside with no means of escape.

The Definitive Edition comes packed with new features and content, including:
