Google Now Has A Cheaper YouTube Plan Called Premium Lite

YouTube has recently introduced a more affordable Premium Lite subscription for its streaming service.
This new tier is targeted towards users who are interested in a variety of content beyond just music videos. This could include vlogs, video essays, exercise videos, tutorials, game playthroughs, podcasts, and more.
With Premium Lite, users can enjoy ad-free viewing of this content and also have the option to download videos for offline viewing.
The Premium Lite plan is now available in the US at a price of $7.99 per month, which is slightly more than half the cost of a standard subscription.
In addition to the US, the Premium Lite plan will also be launched in Australia, Germany, and Thailand initially, with no confirmation of a UK release yet. However, based on the pricing in the US, it is expected to be around £6/£7 per month in the UK.
If you’re a student, you can find out how to get a discount on YouTube Premium as well.
