Forever Skies gets playable demo on PS5

Indie developer Far From Home has announced Forever Skies is getting a playable demo on PlayStation 5, giving console players a first try at the sci-fi game.

The new Forever Skies playable demo is now available for PlayStation 5, via the PlayStation Store.

Forever Skies was previously launched in early access on Windows PC (via Steam) back in June 2023. A full release is set for early 2025 on PC and PS5 (as a console debut exclusive), with an Xbox Series X|S version coming later.

Experience the beginning of a sci-fi survival adventure set in the skies of a post-apocalyptic Earth. Build and pilot your high-tech airship, scavenge for supplies, research new technology, and survive in this hostile world. The full game will include a co-op (up to 4 players), story, multiple locations and biomes, combat, advanced airship building, a pet companion, and exploring the toxic surface of the Earth. Play the demo to unlock a special in-game reward!
