Dunk Dunk gets new publisher Playtonic Friends

Indie developer Badgerhammer Limited has partnered with Playtonic Friends to publish their latest multiplayer game, Dunk Dunk, a basketball-themed party action experience.

Excitingly, the game will feature Playtonic Games’ beloved characters Yooka and Laylee from Yooka-Laylee as playable characters.

Dunk Dunk is currently in development for Windows PC (via Steam) and Nintendo Switch, with the release date still pending.

Dunk Dunk offers a fresh take on basketball games, blending a charming cartoon style with the strategic gameplay of basketball and the chaotic fun of multiplayer arena platforming. Players can expect intense and thrilling matches.

Whether playing solo, with a friend, or in a group, players can customize their mascots and enjoy dunking basketballs, balloons, or even anvils in a variety of whimsical locations such as space stations, dinosaur parks, and haunted houses. It’s a dunking extravaganza!
