Drew Bledsoe shades Tom Brady again months after Netflix roast

Drew Bledsoe continues to poke fun at Tom Brady with some jokes in store for the seven-time Super Bowl champion.

Bledsoe, the former Patriots quarterback who was eventually replaced by Brady, previously mocked Brady over his divorce from Gisele Bündchen at a Netflix roast earlier this year.

During an appearance on “Good Morning Football,” Bledsoe took a playful shot at Brady’s voice ahead of his upcoming role on Fox’s No. 1 NFL broadcast team.

“I know that Tommy will work it to death,” Bledsoe said. “I will get kind of tired of his squeaky ass voice. … But I know he’ll do a great job calling the games.”

Drew Bledsoe talked about Tom Brady’s upcoming broadcasting career.

While the jab was in good humor, Bledsoe expressed confidence in Brady working alongside Kevin Burkhardt.

Compared to his roast joke directed at Brady, this comment felt more light-hearted.

Bledsoe shared another joke from the roast, saying, “Hey look, buddy, you have more rings than I do, but I’ve experienced a couple of things that you will never experience: the feeling of being the No. 1 overall draft pick in the NFL, and a 28th wedding anniversary. It was yesterday.”

Reflecting on his time roasting Brady, Bledsoe mentioned that he wasn’t too nervous about delivering jokes in front of an audience, but his family was anxious and involved in the preparation process.

He revealed that his wife vetoed a joke that he won’t disclose to the public.

Now, Bledsoe and NFL fans await to see if Brady’s voice will indeed become tiresome during his broadcasting stint in a few weeks.
