Bikini-clad Bella Thorne slams Ozempic for setting ‘crazy beauty standards’
Bella Thorne has called out Ozempic for promoting unrealistic beauty standards in Hollywood, revealing that she has been struggling with her body image. The actress shared her feelings in an Instagram Story video while wearing a blue leopard-print bikini.
Expressing her frustration, Thorne mentioned that the popularity of the weight-loss drug has created unattainable beauty standards that are difficult to meet without using Ozempic. She also shared details about her workout routine, emphasizing that she has been working hard to feel good about herself.
In a defiant gesture towards the camera, Thorne expressed her newfound confidence and told Ozempic to “f–k off.” She has been seen enjoying a beach vacation with her fiancé, Mark Emms, and the couple has been sharing intimate moments together while relaxing on a boat.
Despite Thorne’s criticism of Ozempic, more celebrities are speaking out about using weight-loss drugs. Alabama Barker, the daughter of Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler, recently admitted to using a similar medication to lose weight. Other celebrities who have been open about using weight-loss drugs include Kelly Clarkson, Tori Spelling, Rebel Wilson, and Sharon Osbourne.
