Beyoncé’s colorist, Rita Hazan, on her favorite haircare, red lipstick, more

NYC-based colorist Rita Hazan is known for transforming some of the biggest A-listers with iconic hair, including Mariah Carey, Jennifer Lopez, Madonna, and Beyoncé. “Beyoncé is super adventurous and I love that,” says Hazan, who recently worked on Sydney Sweeney’s golden locks.

As a true New Yorker, Hazan, who owns a salon on the Upper East Side and has her own line of hair products, prefers classic red lips and black eyeliner to match her mostly black wardrobe. She shares her favorite fashion, beauty, and home finds, from Rolex watches to platform sneakers.
