Ball python reported missing in downtown Peterborough – Peterborough
Police in Peterborough, Ont., are still searching for a small python that was reported missing in the downtown area on Friday.
The Peterborough Police Service received reports of a 10-year-old non-venomous ball python that went missing in the vicinity of Millennium Park.
According to the latest update on Monday, the snake was last spotted swimming in the Otonabee River heading south towards the Canadian Pacific Railway Bridge near the Trans Canada Trail.
The snake is described as approximately four feet long with brown and black coloring.
