Apple reportedly revamping Health app to add an AI coach
Apple is in the process of developing an enhanced version of its Health app, which will feature an AI coach capable of providing users with personalized health advice. This information comes from Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman.
Gurman initially mentioned the possibility of such a feature in 2023, and now it seems that development is progressing, with potential release in the spring or summer of 2026 alongside iOS 19.4.
The AI coach will utilize data from various medical devices to offer advice, including food tracking. Currently, the coach is undergoing training using data from medical professionals, and Apple is considering involving more doctors to create health-related videos.
According to Gurman, this upcoming service is currently referred to as Health+.
