With the Titan defeated, Frontier, the developers of the game, announced that “the war is over” and it’s time to rebuild. The recording of the final battle, captured by player Ricardo, showcases the intense action as the Titan is taken down. Titans, known as the largest alien vessels in the game, presented a formidable challenge to players with their destructive capabilities.

The battle against the Titans required players to equip their ships with advanced technology to counter the alien’s attacks. From caustic sinks to pulse neutralizers, players had to strategically engage the Titan while avoiding other threats such as Thargoid interceptor ships and deadly energy bursts. The successful bombing of the Titan rewarded players with credits and the opportunity to salvage valuable Thargoid components from the wreckage.

Frontier marked the victory as an “epilogue” to the Thargoid saga, hinting at the possibility of future encounters with smaller Thargoid vessels. The history of the Thargoids in Elite Dangerous dates back to mysterious discoveries of alien life, leading to intense combat encounters with the Thargoids over the years.

As Elite Dangerous celebrates its tenth anniversary, the community is eager to see what the future holds for the game. With ongoing expansions and support, the potential for new adventures and challenges remains high. Stay tuned for more updates!
