Abiotic Factor’s next update brings in an upgrade system, a chilly new zone, and best of all, functioning bins

Interested in an update for Abiotic Factor? Developer Deep Field Games has teased the upcoming Cold Fusion update, which seems to be a substantial one. The update will introduce a new area called the Residence Sector, where something mysterious is causing a cold atmosphere. Players will have to explore the area to uncover the secrets within.

The update will also bring a new upgrade system that allows players to enhance their weapons, armor, and other items at a new station. Additionally, there will be a feature to reset the character in a welcoming room.

Base assaults are getting a revamp as well, with changes to make them more unique and varied. Deep Field Games acknowledges issues with base assaults and aims to address them in this update.

Among the smaller additions, players will now be able to use bins as intended, allowing them to dispose of unwanted items. It’s the little details like this that make the game enjoyable.
