Nintendo Switch Online adds Donkey Kong Land

Nintendo has announced that Donkey Kong Land has been added to the Nintendo Switch Online lineup of classic games.

Originally released in 1995 for the Game Boy, Donkey Kong Land was developed by Rare and offers a condensed version of the Super Nintendo game Donkey Kong Country. It features unique level designs and boss battles to accommodate the hardware limitations of the Game Boy.

Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack, introduced in October 2021, is a new subscription tier that includes classic Nintendo 64, Sega Genesis, and Game Boy games as part of Nintendo’s online service.
