A series of new lawsuits were filed on Monday, October 14, 2024, accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs of various sexual offenses. The lawsuits include allegations of rape, sexual assault, and molestation of a 16-year-old boy.

These lawsuits were filed anonymously in federal court in Manhattan, with six lawsuits in total – two by women identified as Jane Does and four by men identified as John Does. The accusers are said to be part of a larger group of over 100 alleged victims who are taking legal action against Combs following his recent sex trafficking arrest.

One of the John Does, a man from North Carolina, alleges that Combs sexually assaulted him when he was 16 at a party in the Hamptons in 1998. The man claims that during a conversation about breaking into the music industry, Combs ordered him to drop his pants, stating it was a rite of passage. The man complied out of fear and later realized it was sexual assault.

Combs, who has previously faced civil cases and criminal charges, has denied the allegations. He is currently held in a Brooklyn federal jail after pleading not guilty to racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges. His bail requests have been denied as judges consider him a danger to the community.

Additional lawsuits filed on Monday include allegations of rape, forced oral sex, and drugging victims. The lawsuits detail incidents dating back to 2004, involving multiple victims accusing Combs of sexual assault and misconduct.
