Hellsinger VR’ Release Date Announced

Metal: Hellsinger VR, originally a flatscreen rhythm shooter, is now being ported to VR to bring its intense action and metal-infused soundtrack to all major VR headsets.

Funcom has announced that Metal: Hellsinger VR will be released on Quest 2, Quest Pro, and Quest 3 on September 26th, with the PSVR 2 and PC VR versions following on October 3rd.

The game will be priced at $30 upon launch, but pre-orders will receive the ‘Dream of the Beast’ DLC for free, including two additional songs, a new weapon, and three outfits with special effects.

Having tested an early version of Metal: Hellsinger VR earlier this year, we found a promising game that was close to translating its unique gameplay to VR, but still required some adjustments. We are optimistic that the developers have used the time between the demo and the upcoming release to make necessary improvements.
