Huma Abedin's engagement ring from Alex Soros could be worth around $1M

Huma Abedin has recently gotten engaged to billionaire Alex Soros, and she’s flaunting a stunning diamond ring that experts estimate to be worth six figures.

The impressive sparkler, which Abedin, 47, showed off while dining with Anna Wintour, is estimated to be around 12 carats in size, with a value of approximately $1.3 million according to Mike Fried of The Diamond Pro.

Huma Abedin showed off her engagement ring while out to dinner Wednesday. Probe-Media.com.

Ajay Anand, CEO of Rare Carat, puts the ring’s size at closer to 9 carats, estimating that Alex Soros likely spent over $1 million on the ring.

Olivia Landau, founder and CEO of The Clear Cut, estimates the stunning rock’s value at around $500,000.

Abedin and Soros confirmed their engagement on Instagram with a joint post, and they have been making public appearances together, including a red carpet debut at the Met Gala.

It seems Soros may have been inspired by the jewelry choices of other power players, as the ring’s design is classic and timeless.

Her ring has drawn comparisons to iconic sparklers worn by celebrities like Elizabeth Taylor, Lauren Sánchez, and Amal Clooney, all of whom have received similarly stunning engagement rings.

One thing is for sure: Abedin’s enormous rock is definitely in the same league as those of Hollywood and political royalty.
