Riyadh Air partners with Verteil for global NDC rollout, ET TravelWorld News, ET TravelWorld

Riyadh Air has partnered with Verteil Technologies to implement its New Distribution Capability (NDC) strategy, with Verteil becoming the carrier’s official launch aggregator. The announcement, made at the Arabian Travel Market 2025 in Dubai, marks a significant step in Riyadh Air’s plan to establish a digitally enabled, direct-connect distribution model.

Through Verteil’s platform, Verteil Direct Connect (VDC), travel sellers across key international markets will gain real-time access to Riyadh Air’s NDC content, including fare classes, ancillaries, and instant ticketing. The partnership is intended to reduce distribution complexities and improve the personalisation and transparency of airline retailing as the airline moves towards launch readiness.

Vincent Coste, Chief Commercial Officer at Riyadh Air, said: “Riyadh Air aims to set a new global standard for airline connectivity and innovation. Partnering with Verteil at this early stage allows us to ensure a strong foundation for modern distribution technology that is both future-ready and aligned with our digital-first strategy.”

Jerrin Jos, Founder and CEO of Verteil Technologies, added: “We are thrilled to partner with Riyadh Air as their launch NDC aggregator. This partnership reinforces our shared commitment to modernising airline distribution, facilitating true retailing and enabling global travel sellers with direct access to richer content and better customer experiences.”

Verteil’s flexible integration and deployment model is expected to support OTAs, TMCs, and consolidators in adopting NDC without high technical barriers. As Riyadh Air prepares to commence operations, the agreement ensures its distribution is live and scalable from day one.
