Google TV Free Update: These Channels Are Unmissable If You Have Kids

If you own a Google TV device like a Chromecast or the newly released Google TV Streamer, you now have access to Google Freeplay. This feature offers a range of free channels for users to stream.

According to 9to5Google, six new kids’ channels have recently been added to the lineup, bringing the total number of channels to 174. These channels provide continuous streams of specific shows, similar to what Freely recently introduced.

Here are some family-friendly channels now available on Google TV:

• Baby Shark TV
• Sonic The Hedgehog
• Teletubbies
• Strawberry Shortcake
• Rainbow Rangers
• Xumo Free Kids TV

Additionally, three new general entertainment channels have been introduced: Filmrise: The New Detectives, Women Behind Bars, and Filmrise: Hot Ones.

There are other ways to access free content on Google TV devices. You can subscribe to services like Tubi or Pluto TV, or take advantage of streaming platforms that offer free trials, such as Apple TV+.
