Dive into underwater horror Dark Mass, coming to PC, PS5, and Xbox Series XS

Developer Path Games has announced its next game, Dark Mass. Similar to their previous game Insomnis, Dark Mass is a first-person horror title set in a deep underwater manor in the middle of the sea. The announcement trailer offers a glimpse into the eerie underwater world players will explore.

Dark Mass follows deep sea explorer Alice and her brother Reed as they stumble upon a mysterious manor while searching for a shipwreck. Trapped inside, Alice must solve puzzles and evade the terrifying creatures that lurk within, including the menacing Silas. Throughout the game, Alice stays in contact with Reed via a walkie talkie, navigating the manor’s depths while contending with deep-sea currents. Players will make choices that impact the story’s outcome, leading to multiple endings.

A release date for Dark Mass has not been confirmed yet, but it is anticipated to launch sometime this year.
