The highly anticipated Six Nations 2025 rugby tournament is back and set to begin.
All matches will be available for live streaming on various platforms. Here’s a guide on where and when to watch the games on TV or online, regardless of your location.
Defending champions Ireland, who won the tournament for the second consecutive year, are among the favorites to clinch the title alongside France and England.

Below is a list of all the Six Nations games scheduled over the course of five weeks. The list includes dates, teams, kick-off times, and broadcasting channels in the UK. All times are GMT, with the home team listed first.

Watch Six Nations online for free
All matches will be broadcast on BBC One or ITV One in the UK (refer to the schedule above), allowing viewers to watch on TV or online. S4C will also air all Wales games.
To stream live online via a PC or laptop, viewers can utilize BBC’s iPlayer or ITV’s ITVX streaming services.
Viewers have the option to subscribe to ITVX Premium for ad-free viewing, although this does not apply to live streams. The service offers a free 7-day trial followed by a subscription fee of £5.99 per month or £59.99 annually.
BBC One will also air a highlights show called Six Nations Rugby Special, hosted by Ugo Monye. The show will be available on BBC Two and iPlayer starting at 6:00pm on Sundays.

For viewers not on an unlimited mobile data plan, it’s recommended to connect to Wi-Fi when streaming matches on a phone or tablet to avoid excessive data charges.
