Tom Selleck celebrated his 80th birthday with a solo trip to McDonald’s, where he was spotted picking up lunch at a drive-thru in Thousand Oaks, Calif. The Emmy-winning actor appeared in good spirits as he enjoyed a burger.

Later in the day, Selleck joined his wife, Jillie Mack, and daughter Hannah for a swanky dinner at Tuscany il Ristorante. The celebration included other loved ones and lasted for several hours.

Despite not being sentimental about birthdays, Selleck enjoyed the special day with family and friends. He reflected on his time on the hit show “Blue Bloods,” expressing his fondness for the cast and crew.

CBS announced the cancellation of “Blue Bloods” in November 2023, leaving Selleck disappointed but grateful for the experience. He expressed interest in continuing his acting career, possibly starring in a Western by “Yellowstone” creator Taylor Sheridan.
