A 32-year-old man named Bijan Arceo has been charged with trespassing at President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida. The incident occurred when Arceo jumped over an outer wall of the property.

Arceo was charged with trespassing with the intent to commit an offense. Palm Beach police officers arrived at the club after 6 p.m. on Tuesday to assist Secret Service agents who had detained Arceo on the property.

According to police, Arceo entered the resort through the north service gate from South Ocean Boulevard. He had not been granted permission to enter the protected site or the sweep area, as confirmed by the Secret Service.

The agency stated, “While the incident had no impact on our protective operations, we take these matters extremely seriously.” Arceo is currently held in the Palm Beach County jail on a $20,000 bond.

In a similar incident in July, Zijie Li, a California resident, was arrested for trespassing at Mar-a-Lago after attempting to gain access to the club multiple times over several months.
