Captain America: Brave New World trailer teases war, tickets now on sale

Prepare for war in the latest trailer for Marvel Studios’ Captain America: Brave New World.

“The country needs Captain America,” President Thaddeus Ross, played by Harrison Ford, tells Sam Wilson, portrayed by Anthony Mackie. Following an attack at the White House, Sam suspects that the president’s inner circle has been compromised. There is a plot to incite conflict and trigger a global war. With time running out, Sam must uncover the mastermind behind the attack before chaos ensues worldwide. However, he must act swiftly before Ross, in his Red Hulk form, wreaks havoc.

“You want me? Come and get me,” challenges Sam to Red Hulk as they prepare for their inevitable confrontation.

In addition to Mackie and Ford, Captain America: Brave New World features a talented cast including Danny Ramirez, Shira Haas, Xosha Roquemore, Carl Lumbly, Giancarlo Esposito, Liv Tyler, and Tim Blake Nelson.

Captain America: Brave New World marks Mackie’s debut as the new Captain America in a Marvel film. After receiving the shield from Steve Rogers in Avengers: Endgame, Sam finally embraced the mantle of Captain America at the conclusion of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

Directed by Julius Onah, Brave New World has a screenplay contributed to by Peter Glanz, Rob Edwards, Malcolm Spellman, and Dalan Musson. The film is produced by Kevin Feige and Nate Moore, with Louis D’Esposito and Charles Newirth serving as executive producers.

Captain America: Brave New World hits theaters on February 14, 2025. Tickets are now available for purchase on Fandango. Similar to previous Marvel movies, Brave New World will offer exclusive collectible popcorn buckets, such as the Red Hulk Bust and Winged Shield.
