The ‘Get Into Your Sanctuary’ photo contest, organized by NOAA and the National Marine Sanctuary Foundation, features stunning images of a majestic humpback whale, dramatic coastlines, and a coral reef ecosystem. These winning photos showcase the beauty of the National Marine Sanctuary System, which comprises 17 national marine sanctuaries, Papahānaumokuākea, and Rose Atoll marine national monuments, covering over 629,000 square miles.
